Folks — those of you who’ve either lost a lot of weight, or those of you who started exercising again after years of inactivity — I have a stinky question for you.
Have you noticed that your, uh, gym funk smells different? I mean, from when you first began losing/working out to now? I do. Mine’s still not too pleasant, but it smells cleaner somehow. Thinner. Different. I don’t know how to explain it.
PLEASE let me know if you’ve noticed this too!!!

I have noticed some things smelling differently – not as bad, not as acrid – I wonder if it has to do with food/diet changes?
